Viewing the entire city from a one small area in the day time and night. Seeing far of into the distance both the sunrise and sunset. In the winter, if you are lucky, watching the snow go up from the side of the building and in the summer the rain. Getting a great view of the lights at night is also beautiful.
The innitial walk into the amazing skyscraper towering higher than anything in the city as of now is a blow to anyones imagination. The lobby can easily give anyone the goosebumps as to see the American Engineering that was meticulously put into it. Making your way up the building and stopping at the various levels of entertainment, history, and ...
Since I was very young, I have been to New York City many, many times. However, I had never visited the Empire State Building until just this May. It was simply a part of the city that I had taken for granted, and I did not realize just how much I was missing. During a weekend vacation this year, my boyfriend, who had always appreciated the ...
I loved this place so much, problem was it was too high!! I hate heights! I stood looking out the window of a law firm at the 63rd building and felt like I Was gonna die!!! AWESOME! The best part was the comic book store across the street. If I didnt have a fear of heights I would have had a lot more fun, but for you people who can handle heights okay, this place is for you!
My husband and I visited the Empire State Building years ago and loved the splendor of it all. The view from the top of the Empire State Building was breath taking and I found a quaint gift shop located in the basement of the Empire State Building where I purchase some memorable gifts to take home to relatives. We would both like to go back someday.
BAD - the lines GOOD - everything else!! I love the empire state building - you have to stand in line for hours but when you get there - the view, the space, the lights, its so worth it. The sheer size of what you see makes everything else seem insignificant and the minute you get there, all memory of the wait disappears!!
The Empire State Building has the most breath-taking view an inner city kid like me has seen! I love how you can see the 5 boroughs of NY from the balcony of the 86th floor. It also has a lot of history behind it and I love the museum section. All in all, just another beautiful sight from the best city in the world!!
Looking at NYC from on top of the Empire State Building was amazing. I loved the charm and inspiration of looking at one of the greatest cities in the world from this majestic observation tower amongst the clouds. It was very moving, especially at sunset.
I also met a friendly regular there named Miguel who knew what seemed to be the entire ...
The Empire State Building is the best place to see the whole city. If you are familiar with the movie "Sleepless in Seattle" then you'll know what I'm talking about. Besides having a restaurant at the top, you can take pictures, propose marriage or just hang out.
nice place to visit. but, the line is always long.Dun even go there during winter because it will be very windy and very cold up there. IF you can stand for the coldness, Empire state building definately is a great place to visit all year long.
