After you waited for two hours with this voucher that we purchased in a package the kids were tired. We got there early and there was still a very long line. The kids were not impressed with it.

spent nearly 1.5 hrs in line to gt to ticket booth, then 40 minutes to 80th floor then 20 minutes to 86th floor. Reverse the time in the elevators.

Inside of building is under mass construction on all floor since new management team is in charge.

Security because of construction is haphard at best.

Go to Rockefellar Center is you want a view of the area without the hassle.

We went after dark and the view was gorgeous. I got all kinds of great pictures.

My suggestion would be to pay the extra for the express passes. We were to the top in less than 10 minutes, while the lady running the elevator said that the regular lines were taking about 2 hours. Totally worth the extra $20.
