they made me go back n forth. store. call. other branch, call agen. then they never call back. and no one answers customer service! dont order online because of bad customer service. unorganized shipping. slow shipping. and dont go to the store, coz its very expensive. the sale prices is mostly online but not alot of stuff. but then it really wont be available. so its useless and you would waste your time both ways!

Henri Bendel's quality is amazing. I bought a skirt that was 100% hand made silk, and it practically glowed it was so soft. If you want something cheap, it's a no go, but buying one or two quality items is what you want to do. Look for the one of a kind things. I absolutely adore Alison Nelson's new chocolate bar within the stylish 3rd floor of Henri Bendel. Now I never have to leave! What's better than a cut upstairs at FF followed by a glass of sparkling champagne downstairs and a plate full of truffles! If you go you must try the Bendel's salad, no-mayo tuna sandwich and the barcelona which is a melted chocolate bar on french bread. Gorgeous & Fabulous.......

So much fun for GIRLY GIRLS! Lots of HANDBAGS, ACCESSORIES, AND MAKEUP. LOVE IT! Buy yourself something here because you can't get it at home and you can't get it online. Enjoy!

ohmygod! Have you seen the new Chocolate Bar at Henri Bendel! I've never seen so many cool bars and bon bons in my life. Girls it is heaven. Okay- you simply must try the Barcelona Sandwhich which is divine. But also save room for the Bendel's Salad which is tops. I was wearing this Pucci dress and had to untie it cause I ate so much. Well- so much for the diet. This place rules the roost!

Bendel's is a great store to browse but I very rarely buy anything. You really do not get any good deals. Most items are way overpriced. The cosmetic department is one of the best departments in the store. They carry brands you cannot find anywhere else. I recommend you go to Bendel's for the experience if you haven't been there before. If you want to buy something, be prepared to spend money.

This is my favorite store. Has almost every brand that I'm into. Great deals on Juicy Couture and C&C, plus it's tons of fun trying on the Chanel and Fendi sunglasses. A girl can dream. Best store in NYC.
