I took a couple of my business collegues to Carmines on the recommendation of a local. A quite enjoyable evening and meal. Staff is professional, food is great, portions could feed a small army! What a great find for both locals and visitors, I'll recommend to all and be back myself.

Carmines is my favorite restaurant to visit in New York. You get more food for your money than anywhere else. Five people can split 2 or 3 meals and still be full. Just the wait but with friends it goes by rather quickly. Would like them to take reservations for four or more, not six or more.

This place was amazing! We had to wait a little while, as we had a large group on a Saturday night...but I am very, very happy that we did. The food was incredible...I recommend the caesar salad and chicken parmigiana! The service was also great and the atmosphere was just perfect. I can't wait to go back.

It was too noisey. Not a warm friendly place. Waiters and waitresses have no personality. Didn't like the menu on the wall. I had to get up to read it. I want the menu in hand. First and last time for me.

We were a party of 11 and the waiter recommended some wonderful dishes to share, 6 to be exact. We could have served another 4 at least. The food was so flavorful and we enjoyed everything from the bread to the pasta to the enormous desserts. We like things big in Texas so this was right up our alley!!
