    Earlier this week we were fortunate to have a 30 minute presentation by a docent. He did a great job. This is a must go place, ask when the next docent presentation will take place and participate.

    Particularly for first time visitors it’s a good idea to visit the museum website to learn about the current exhibition. Also, it will alert you to the two-week period between exhibitions when most if not all the galleries are closed.     Goeorgia O'keefe is an amazing female artists and deserves respect from even the harshest critics! She was a leader of her time!! I thought her museum was quaint and enjoyable. I have been twice and saw something different both times! Great place to visit!

  • Smaller than expected but still worthwhile

    This museum was definitely a destination in my recent trip to Santa Fe. I was a little sad to see how small the museum was, but the displays alone are worth the trip, even if it only takes a half hour at most to see it all. Pay the extra money to do the self guided audio tour. The gift shop is also a highlight.

    I went to the museum on a Sunday, my second date. It offered many topics to discuss and a beautiful atmosphere. I would suggest it to anyone.

  • Even my preschoolers liked it

    This was on my 4 year old's must see list (she had received a children's book about Georgia O'Keeffe for Christmas). Initially I was disappointed that the display while we were there was NM landscapes and not her famous flowers, but by the time we left the museum I had fallen in love with the landscape paintings.   • A stunning visual feast

    I visited Sante Fe several years ago and did many enjoyable things, but the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum remains the highpoint of my visit! Anyone who enjoys her flowers or stunning southwestern art, or who simply enjoys wonderful art, would enjoy this museum. Well worth the small fee. Then go enjoy one of the many cafes in Sante Fe and discuss the experience with a friend. You'll be glad you went there!
