Won't be recommending this store to anyone.No exchange policy without receipt. I still had the tags on them from last week!!! What was the big deal? I was going to get more merchandise until that horrible experience. I will NEVER spend another penny in that place.We've spent thousands of dollars in this store over the years, as well as escorting all our out of town guests to the store to make purchases. In the last week we spent over $300! When we tried to EXCHANGE some merchandise worth $75, (that still had their tags on them because of an unsavory odor), we were told we couldn't. Don't Miss this Santa Fe treat!I am originally from Santa Fe and find visiting Jackalope to be fun, interesting and always find something I can't live without. Prices range from 1.00 up, and the quality if good if you like sw items. Eat outside, buy green chile' a NM treat. Wonderful world storeAn exciting store that is full of treasures from around the world. Jackalope is a serries of buildings with open courtyards and tents. I love how there are biographies of the artisans who made the pieces and sometimes the actual artists. It is the perfect place to gift shop to find something beautiful and one of a kind.
