this zoo was the best one i have been to. there were so many animals it was hard to believe. (some of which i hadn't heard of) My kids had a great time when we visited. also the workers there were so kind it was amazing. i recomend any tome you are in town to visit this zoo. it was an experience of a lifetime.

This zoo was very well laid out with lots of interesting exhibits and animals of all kinds. Very educational for kids and a great place just to visit and hang out. Would recommend it for all visitors and tourists coming to Albuquerque who want to see the sights.

I really enjoyed this zoo. Lots of places to sit and relax, and lots of exotic animals that you would not expect @ a smaller zoo. I will visit again when I make to NM.

We've been to some larger zoos, including Dallas, San Antonio, and San Diego, but have to admit we love Albuquerque's zoo! Lots of shade, and well thought out exhibits. Definitely not the size and variety of some of the great zoos like San Diego, LA and Baltamore, but this little zoo has a pleasant atmosphere, wonderfully kept displays, and is part of a larger "Biological Park" that makes it a fun place to visit. I loved the polar bears, the orangutangs, the girraff's, riding the camels, the train ride, the sea lions, the clean restrooms, the food, the gift shop and the cleanliness of the zoo.

The Albuquerque Zoo is a delight. It has a good amount of room, a good assortment of animals, and good displays. Couple that with a low admission price, good parking, and a low-key atmosphere and you're in for a very enjoyable experience.
