Fairways & Greens are in poor condition, with cart paths that haven't been upgraded in years. Worst was the rough; no grass, just pebbles.
On-course marshalls don't enforce timing, stretching a potential 4.5 hour round to 5.5. Last time I'll ever play the course.

Maybe bad timing, comedy of errors !!! After a year of anticipation the day finally came much to our dismay. Paths were torn up, 6/14/05, totally under contruction. Greens were the worst...Wear your construction helments and masks. And advise a good chiropractor. Dr. Munson !!!

A great setting, but awful course conditions. The fairways are literally pathetic. Way overpriced for the condition -- and that's too bad, because with some maintainence this could be a beautiful, tough course!

nothing really great for the money. they get away with it because of where it is located (next to ritzy Hillsborough). not bad and scenery is ok but i can play much better courses for the money. nothing great on the clubhouse either.

The course is way to much money and the greens are crappy. The holes are stupidly designed, 90 degrees up holes and 90 degree down holes.

Solid golf course in lovely surroundings - maintained like a public muni. Antiquated facilities and bar/restaurant, but with professional service applied by all. Worth a visit, but don't expect a resort course.
