  • The Crookedest Street
    By A Yahoo! Contributer, 02/19/05
I really like it because it has many beautiful types of flora, and fits in with the glorious landscape.

  • Must see
    By A Yahoo! Contributer, 02/27/05
Lombard Street is something you definately must see if visiting SF. There is no other street that is as zig-zagged as Lombard Street. If you are walking down the street, be aware that you have to climb back up. It takes lots of energy.

  • I didn't care for this!
    By A Yahoo! Contributer, 02/15/07
The oil in the street is heavy, and if you are on a motorcycle...DON'T DO IT!!! Your brake is of little help due to the slope. In a car it is a tight turn all the way down and the line alone to experience this road is sometimes very long.

  • Why go to Crooked St?
    By A Yahoo! Contributer, 08/18/05
Because it was a whole lot of fun driving with a crowed in a car and passing the challenge of going through it! When I first drove through Crooked St., I couldn't believe how steep it was! I was scared in the beginning, but after few trials, I started loving the experience of going through it. In addition to that, the beautiful scenery looking over San Fran from an up-hill was magnificent. I recommend it!
