Unless you are a Dead Head this is not your tour!I was very disappointed by this tour. The tour is no longer a brother and sister team but a new woman who took over the bussiness. She is reliving her past about the Grateful Dead and the Summer of Love and we only walked probably 4 or 5 blocks while she rambled about her personal stories. This is NOT a tour of the neighborhood. What a blast, Man....We drove down from Vancouver, BC for the Haight-Ashbury street fair and were not disappointed. We're an early forties couple with no kids. The street fair was everything we expected and more. Lots of craft booths, food, tie-die, music and ganga. What's the big deal?I didn't understand the big attraction. The hippy shop on the corner of was overpriced. We did however, walk down aways down Ashbury to find the most awesome little french place some where on the left side of the street. In the back are staggered patios.
