First: they have arguably the best selection of frames in San Francisco.

Second: the staff is not helpful. To be precise, 1 of the 3 people who helped me was great (I spent about $1800 in one sitting). The other two should be working in Starbucks (the great person no longer works there). I've been to both stores.

Dr. Morris was top-notch, discovering something about my eyes that others did not notice (and correcting it in my prescription). Also, great service. They were always willing to make adjustments to my glasses, and were very patient as we had to try several types of contact lens manufacturers.

The people really stood out to me. So personal, and really cared that what I received was great quality. Been going here for years Memorable staff - Richard, Chris, Dr. Morris, and many more! Only thing to change would be turn around time. Took 1 week, but well worth the wait!

They aren't the cheapest, but they are the best. City Optix provided me with an excellent exam. Everyone I ineteracted with was intelligent, friendly, and hip.

I recommend them to anyone.
