Contrary to all of the other reviews for Cocomo Joe's, I actually had a thoroughly enjoyable experience with my family. Our server was attentive, the food was great and timely, and most importantly, it was immaculately clean.
Perhaps by reading the other reviews, my expectations were set extraordinarily low, but we were pleasantly surprised ...

We went to Cocomo Joes for a Valentines dinner. They had a live band playing there which was nice BUT not very suiting for the special occassion. Other than that, they had decorated the place with pink, white & red streamers and balloons - it was sweet. They also have these cool fish tanks when you walk in by the hostess. ...

I have to say the food sucks. I'm not a huge fan of Cocomo Joes. My hubby loves the fish tacos. I personally don't think there's much to choose on the menue. It's great place to get a drink w/ friends, but I can do this anyone where in town. It's far from my place but we have friends that live over in that area. So ...

I'd give this restaurant a below average rating, however not extremely poor. The menu needs updating. Additionally the 'beach' theme and corresponding menu/foods are getting old. Bring back Joe's Fruity Chicken Salad...it was one of the few really good items on the menu, however was removed. Quality of foods at this establishment is OK, but nothing special..not running to go back any time soon!
