The staff are horrible individuals who don't know how to care about or respect a person. They also find problems with every living person they see on TV or in person. Also, they can't change a soda or candy machine which is very pitiful.
NO towels in the room, the rug was so dirty it was crusty, the sheets had holes in them. The bathroom floor was dirty and the phone was covered in dried coffee as was the night stand. No ice was available except in the office and it was closed. One bed had no pillows, no tissues and the shampoo bottle provided was half used, YUCK! Do not plan to ever stay in a Red Roof Inn after this experience.
This place is located in the middle of a frickin' ghetto!! Everything from crack dealers to prostitutes stay here, not a good choice for the family. Besides, the neighborhood is mostly hispanic and I had some guy looking at my car in the parking lot in the middle of the night. Staff was friendly, but I prefer something a little better... a total rip off, not worth the 89 dollars I paid for it.
i needed to stay somewhere that was halfway between Phoenix and Tucson and this hotel fit the bill, several nearby restaurants and the hotel itself was clean, good service and cool. A good choice.
