We stayed for 3 nights and we enjoyed it alot, service and breakfast were good and the room was big with a big window, also the hotel location is good between restaurants and shopping area, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Hotel has a good location in Amman as we stayed me and my family and we really enjoyed our time, nice entertainment center for bowling.

Its a good hotel for business and vacations, they have a concerence area in the hotel and many restaurants, it was excellent to stay there in Amman, good location and very nice city view.

I stayed at Kempinski Amman for 3 nights during my vacation, it is a nice hote with a very goo location between malls and restaurants, we really enjoyed our time there.

The hotel is too expensive, this was my 12th trip to Jordan (amman) and first time at Kempinsk. The service is ok, food is ok, location .. hmm I guess ok .. but there are at least 5 other hotels in Amman that are much better in food, service and location with much cheaper prices. I will never be a guest there again, unless the pricing strategy is revised !!!

the location of this hotel is amazing, its a business oreinted hotel in the middle of the business centre of amman..

the food is great, they have also a cubain rest.

The hotel is new the service is excellent i stayed 10 wonderfull days the people are very frindly and i am looking forward to return in the sommer,The last day i was there the bombing in the three hotels happened and i was lucky to escape , The terrorist will never win i will be back with my son this sommerand hopefully stay at the same hotel

1) the food is bad sometime( cold , expensive, very little, cheap quality of drink,very little and expensive, the breakfast tea is always cold!
2) service sometime is very bad because your maid, waiters pay attention to the vip people ignore the other as they thought the other are not that important??,
3)you need to make another entrance exactly ...

i really like this hotel,,everything was great...it was really a good vacation and i can't wait till i cme back...people in jordan are really nice and very polite..i really loved it there and i recomend everyone to go there...and now im waiting for the next opening in the dead sea...keep up the good work and thank u alot for the beautiful vacation that i will never forget.
