Simply stated, watch out for the crooks at this hotel! The thieves work behind the admission hotel desk. Complaining to management and higher ups does not help.

The young lady at the desk was very polite and helpful in answering my questions. Coffee was avaible 24 hrs a day. Hotel was very clean. Rooms were nice and also very very clean. Great location to route 395 out of the city.

I would stay there again if I'm ever in Carson City.

I was appalled at the quality of the breakfast served to us which consisted of sugar cereals and no choice for anything other than that. Evidently the server or whomever is in charge of assessing breakfast needs was on vacation and there were people lined up and no food was present. My sister-in-law stayed two nights this December. She said the room was new, clean and quiet. But the older woman at the desk was rude and argumentive to both the guests and staff. I recommended that the next time she should try the Hardman. My other out-of town guests loved the gentile atmosphere, and quality service at the Hardman.
