This has to be the most beautiful hotel i've ever stayed in. Everyone was so wonderful and welcoming. Its a magical pampering experience. The hotels restaurant is outstanding. Dinner was awesome and breakfast was just the pefect start to the day. I loved the downtown view. Everything was perfect. I really suggest staying here. I promise you will not regret it. I just left today and i'm already planning my next trip there.

I review hotels for a living and Hotel ICON is one of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The service is great, the staff is friendly, and the hotel is charming. VOICE restaurant and lounge was a special treat. Would stay there again, would recommend it to friends and family.

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

I cannot believe how outstanding my stay was. I never wanted to leave. The service, quality, cleanliness was all so perfect. I felt like I was spoiled as soon as I arrived.

The service was top notch, especially the front desk/reservations. They accommodated our requests and quickly resolved any minor details that we had. The folks at this hotel are very nice but it certainly isn't a 5 star experience. First, the hotel is very very dark everywhere... from the rooms to the lobby.
Attention to detail in decor was very good. Too bad you can hardly see it.

I definitely enjoyed my stay at this hotel, very clean and retro! the rooms were very comfortable and the location is IDEAL! right near everything downtown!
