The hotel itself is tired and with 70's decore and is not the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. I know its only a 3 star but you expect it to be clean. The food was ok as long as you got in before the French as I have never seen people eat like that before!! on my stay at the bel azur was really good. the staff were really friendly and would do anything to please you. as i have younger brother and sister the staff were really good with the children. at night there was alwayz something for the children and the adults at the ampatheatre. the locals were also really friendly.the maid would do anything to ...

this was me n my best mate gemmas bst bst bst hols ever...both 14 it was are first time tunisia...after a funny arrival at 5am in the morning after gettin a taxi ride there.....we didnt no what to expet...we didnt sleep and got up at 7am n went 2 breakfast..there was soooo much to chose frm we didnt no 2 pick...then we had a looked around the hotel ...

wespent a month in this hotel the staff were so friendly food was top of the range the entertainment was ok the entertainment staff worked hard to make sure we enjoyed ourselves we were told that this jan was the bst weather they had had in 5 years so we dropped luck plenty of cafe,s to pop into good value for money hope we can get in at the same place next year [and for the same very cheap price ]lol

It was just a simple quiet two friends holiday but it actually turned out we had a time of our lives. It was so sereal and awesome. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly...and a great laugh. We loved it so much we are going back. For all you clubbers make sure you visit Latino club.. it plays great music, sexy dancers and oh yeh its just wicked. Mostly recommended. WE LOVE TUNISIA!!! CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!!

needs to cater for english more where food is concerned, needs to be cleaner, and could do with renevating, but why in tunisia if your happy to do what the tunisians do, your have a great time, friendly staff, but very rude guests from europe. entertainment poor, but if your happy to make your own, the animation staff work hard with what they have. tattoo,s a complex to exspensive beware.

i couldnt say anythink bad about the hotel it had everything u want n the animation team were fantastic and very friendly the rooms had everythink u needed n were very clean and the maids were also very nice as so were all the staff

The Bel Azur hotel is definately not a 3 star hotel. It should have been classed as 2 star. There were cockroaches, ants and hairballs in all the rooms, and mice running around outside the hotel - how gross!! We were a party of 13, all the rooms were dirty, they dont give you clean towels everyday. The Buffet in the evening was the same thing ...
