Nice hotel, incredibly rude staff. I needed to cancel my reservation the night before my stay, and they refused to do it, saying I would be charged for the night anyway. Nice way to treat a Hilton Diamond Member!

Our stay was very pleasant though short.
This is a 1st. class establishment. Especially for the price. The hot breakfast was very good. The rooms were very stylish, cozy and clean.

This gorgeous and very well kept place is the nicest here in Amarillo. I was so impressed with this entire place and the people who run it. I recommend it to anyone around. Everything you need in a hotel. Most importantly, the hotel is run by professionals who think of everything to make sure you are satisfied. Many expensive hotels could learn how to appreciate their customers by learning from this staff. Great rooms, good food for breakfast, a happy hour, cookies at the front desk, High Speed internet.
