Consistantly GoodWe love the Hampton Inns. They are always consistently good and the one in Ithaca was as well. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. Beverages and cookies were available in the lobby in the evening and the free breakfast was good (as always!)OVERALL

What A Great Stay!!I loved everything about this hotel! the room was great the breakfast was AMAZING!! The housekeepers were very kind and cleaned my room with such detail. Mixed ReviewsPros : Clean and comfortable. No washer/dryer.
Cons: As someone who is allergic to animals, I wasn't infomred that this is a pet friendly hotel..(all rooms!). Secondly, I too, was overcharged on one of my stays. They also price gouge when either Ithaca College or Cornell are having an event...more than any of the other hotels in the area.OVERALL

Horrible experienceFirst off, we were uninformed about the rate of the room and were charged twice the amount we thought. Also, the service was terrible. There were a bunch of young girls talking the whole time and were nto complementary to our needs. I would absolutely not stay there again and would not suggest that you do either!!OVERALL

A fine hotel at a reasonable price.We went to Ithaca to visit our daughter at Cornell and wound up staying three weeks at the Hampton. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever experienced at a hotel and the comforter was so cozy. Also, all the staff were so willing to assist us with anything and everything we requested. WAY TO NOISEYHAD A PROBLEM WHEN I WAS THERE. I A ROOM ON THE STREET SIDE AND IT WAS VERY NOISEY. TRIED TO HAVE MY ROOM CHANGED WITH NO SUCCESS. THE HIGH SPEED INTERNET WAS DOWN MOST OF THE DAY, AND WHEN IT WAS ON WAS EXTREMELY SLOW. THE ROOM AND HOTEL WERE VERY CLEAN AND THE BREAKFAST WAS NICE. I'D STAY AGAIN WITH A ROOM AWAY FROM THE ROAD, IF ONLY FOR THE COOKIES..OVERALL

nice placeWe had a good experience at the Hamption Inn. Rooms were clean and comfortable with nice attention to detail. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Complementary self-serve breakfast was the best we've ever seen at a hotel. Nice bright clean dining area. Comfortable lobby. It seemed everyone strived to keep the place clean and neat.
