There is presently no management, price is impossible high, Restaurant service none-existent, therefore empty. The rooms need to be refurbished and brought to standard of Intercontinental. It seems to be a franchise Operation only, and Intercont does not seem to worry about.

well 4 starters it's a 5-10 minutes walk from the city center and away from all the noise so if you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place.to cut a long story short. it has 3 restaurants( excelent service with a maximum of 5 minutes for your order)but the best of them is 'banana jam' which is just by the pool side,free ...

I love intercontinental hotel it is worth checking out if one is in Kigali it has a cool atmosphere suitable for family, romance or business.

this hotel has recently opened and all the staff are doing a fantastic job with the limeted availubility of first world supplies in rwanda.Great food and exellent service.
