...Stayed with family in 2nd floor suite. Walls were paper thin. Guests were smoking all night in non-smoking rooms...even after we notified the front desk. The beds were as hard as a rock. This chain is usually very good...but this Kingman site is a bad apple!

We stayed here on our way to Lemoore. It was just off the highway and surrounded by local, national and historical places. Mr. D'z Route 66 Diner is a must.

I personally like the way I was greeted when checking in and was a quick check in. Giving the late hour of 3 am. The front desk clerk Renae was very sweet and nice. And gave us directions to Grand Canyon and other senic venues. The room was clean comfy and the beddings were out of this world!! Breakfest was like heaven. Empolyees were all helpful and job well done. We look forward to staying here again.

The hotel was well appointed, the staff friendly and helpful. We particularly liked having a choice of firm and soft pillows (which were labeled!). The towels looked thick and fluffy but were not soft. The kleenex and toilet paper could be softer also. The pool looked inviting although we didn't have time to swim--next time we will!!

The bed was hard as a rock. The refrigerator in the room did not work and for a brand new motel, it was just poorly maintained.

The toilet was clogged in the men's room in the lobby, the elevator is slow and there was already mold growing in the shower. The plastic plant arrangement at the reception desk looked like it had been picked at ...

Very nice spacious, well lit rooms with many parking spots.
Our big boat and truck had no problem with parking. There is an elevator to take you to the upper floors. No lugging bags up stairs.

It's a great place to stay...our kids enjoyed the pool, after camping in the Arizona wilderness. Excellent location, near restaurants and near the freeway. Enjoyed high speed connection to the internet. We can't wait to go back!
