You have a complete kitchen, complimentary pots and pans, a cable TV, and very clean rooms. The wireless internet is the only thing I didn't like as it is only suitable for browsing the internet and IMing. I'm just nitpicking for that. I stayed for 2 weeks and it was well worth the $400.

The room was clean, the staff member were friendly. Of course, the value of $30 per night for a week stay was unbeatable.
If you are a light sleeper you might want to be awared of these....
the garbage truck comes to pick up trash on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3:30 AM IN THE MORNING!!!! and the lawn service start mowing lawn at 6:30 am. I hardly had a good night sleep when I was staying there.

good location. everything for day-to-day needs is within a mile or so. rooms were humble, but the service was gracious and excellent. we were always asking for extras- extra towels, extra dishes, etc. and the staff was quite accomodating.
