I DO NOT KNOW WHERE THE PEOPLE THAT LEFT THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ABOUT THIS LOCATION HAVE STAYED IN THE PAST, BUT I STAYED HERE APPROXIMATELY ONE YEAR. JAY AND HIS STAFF BENT OVER BACKWARDS FOR ALMOST DAILY. I WOULD NEVER STAY ANYPLACE ELSE EXCEPT HERE.

The hotel appeared to be very clean on the outside, but it was horrible on the inside. The bathroom was not clean and I found a roach in a coffee mug in the bathroom. It was smelly and digusting. I only stayed there because there was nowhere else to stay because it was NBA Allstar game in New Orleans, LA. I would not suggest this hotel to my worst enemy. I give this hotel a -5 stars. HORRIBLE!!!!

Very cheap, clean, convenient location if you have a car, relatively safe. No room service though, but they replace the towels if you ask. Overall it's not bad at all.

The Front desk staff had very little knowledge about the rooms and rates. They were very rude. They appeared frustrated with any questioning about rates and occupancy status of the hotel. I do not recommend staying at the location on the westbank of New Orleans.
