This was our first time staying here.. the room had a bad odor. The toilet was unlevel, the tub was dirty, my bedcovers had a burned hole in them and this was a nonsmoking room and the carpet strips was coming up and we didn't have enough towels for our family and when I went down to get more, they were closed. It was close to alot of stores and places to eat. I was glad our 2 nights was over.

The room was good for the money. The staff was friendly, but not very concerned about a mistake they made. I made reservations there for a business meeting for myself and 3 others employees. I was assured by the man that took the reservations that my card would not be charged for all three rooms. Needless to say when we arrived they had charged my card $201.90, instead of the $71.14 for just my room like I was promised.

Do not be fooled by the pictures on the website!!! This place was not what they make it out to be, it was loud all night long, doors slamming, upstairs occupants we could hear every step they made. It was a comfortable room the only down sides were the couch looked a little gross and the tub was not very clean other than that it was an awesome room. OH the smoke alarms went off in the middle of the night but we enjoyed our stay and are planning on going back during spring break.

I am so glad I found this place. A great deal for the price. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and was pleased with the accomodations and will absolutely stay there again. Thanks for not ripping off the traveler like alot of the hotel/motel chains do so often. In New York this would cost about 300 bucks a night.

This is just a fantastic place to stay. Clean rooms, excellent amenities and the staff are wonderful. I stayed for 13 nights, and when the Wi-Fi Internet started to cause trouble I was moved to another room. Eric and Johnmark were extremely proffessional in their approach and attitude. I would recommend this establishment whole heartedly.

Location location location We loved it because it was a close drive to everything, family, restaurants, shopping and it was away from the Nashville traffic for the most part. Will definitely try to stay there again.
