The portions are large, the food ranges from good to great, and my 11-year-old likes coming to a place that serves peanuts (and lets you throw the shells on the floor).

Great food and awesome atmosphere. My family and I eat here at least 2 or 3 times a month and have never been disappointed. If you want good old down home food served by friendly smiling folks this is the place.

The food we received was not good. Sorry hire some good help and improve the food. This could be a great place

Located in one of the oldest buildings in Spring, the atmosphere is pretty good but the food & service is mediocre.

I love the atmosphere, the history too. Throwing the peanuts on the floor is great for the kids. I love the puffapeppers, fried green tomatoes, and fried dill pickles the most. You really can't beat the food, the whole experience is pleasant.

Awesome hamburger, good service (especially since we looked rather freaky being in town, and dressed appropriately, for Ozzfest). Relaxed atmosphere. The tracks by the restaurant are supposed to be haunted by a headless man carrying a lantern.
