Our party of 8, which included 5 kids between 10 and 12, was seated immediately at a very large, accommodating table on a mid-July Saturday night at 7pm. The waitress was prompt in taking our drink orders. The busboy brought water, chips and salsa shortly after we were seated. The restaurant was crowded, so it was understandable and taken into ...

The service was slow, good luck trying to get any assistance for anything. we had a toddler with us and it took us for ever to get a high chair. In addition the only thing that was good was our chicken wings which was the starter, but the rest of the dinner was cold and had no flavor.

I can't say Tortilla Jo's is perfect but I will say that all the comments left here about the bad service simply do not match the service I have received the several times I've been there. Quite often it is very courteous, personalized service. One time a waitress even gladly let me borrow her cell phone to call my friend who was late ...

Judging from the bad reviews others have given Tortilla Jo's, you must have to eat vegetarian to have a good experience.
I had the vegetarian fajitas, and my plate came heaped with a ton of crisp sauteed veggies (great variety too). When I asked for no cheese upon ordering, the server actually asked if I was Vegan and knowledgably gave us ...
Maybe I should not have sat at the bar because the Service was slow - the bartender was busy making drinks. I had the fish tacos which were some kind of badly fried fish, a little lettuce and store bought tortillas - yuck. Stay away from this tourist trap.

Worst Restaurant Ever (Nuts & Bolts included)

The food at Tortilla Jo's is worse than Taco Bell, which is not that bad. The food has no flavor whatsoever. And it is WAY too pricy, even for Disney. I ordered Shrimp Fajitas; my friend ordered tacos. The fajitas consisted of like 6 tiny shrimps only about 3x the size of those in Cup Noodles, and the rice was plain nasty. like they didn't ...
