I go as often as I can. Breakfast is awsome as is dinner and lunch.

I will never eat here again. I told the hostess I was a party of one and she said it would be 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes I inquired again and she said it would be another 20 minutes. 10 minutes later a manager comes over and said they will not be able to seat me because he didn't want to give up a table for one person. So I wasted 45 ...

The food is to die for! I higly reccomend the potato pancakes! I have been here several times, and have never been disappointed. The wait is indeed incredible, but they will serve you wine or drinks while you are waiting, whether or not you've found a spot amongst the crowd at the bar. It always turns out to be less a wait than what they say.

It's not cheap and the wait is often long because they don't take reservations, but the food is absolutely excellent. Everything is great, but the steaks are as good as they get. I don't mind paying for quality and the quality is commensurate with the price. The place is a little dark for my taste, but others adore the place for its ambiance as well as its food.

The filet mignon is to die for! It's much better than Ruth Chris or the Met. And they are consistent. I have had the filet many times and it's always excellent. Their garlic mashed potatoes are excellent, too (but they started serving smaller portions :(

We took friends from out of town to dinner there and they loved it. Everyones steaks were done to perfection, the drinks were good and they have a nice selection of wines.
