Alright folks...I lived in Texas for a while where there is real Mexican and Tex-Mex food on every corner. El Loro is not even close!!!

After reading all of these great reviews I went and tried this place. I was very disappointed. This place is awful.

I have been going there since they first opened and it has always been great. The only negative is that if you ask for a lime they bring you a lemon. You have to ask for "green lemons".

My wife and I eat at El Loro at least 2 times a month. The portions are big enough to share, and the food is the best we've had. If you like great service, awesome food, and recession-worthy pries, visit El Loro!

Do not go on a friday night.
Drinks arrived same time as entrees, one drink was virgin and should not have been. When asked to correct the bill to reflect the virgin drink price someone which could only be presumed to be a manager walked over and did not introduce themselves or bother with any formalities such as to why we wanted the correction ...

This place is great. Great authentic food, relaxed atmosphere, and reasonable prices ($5-$15/meal). Try the La Favorita Dinner special, the cheese dip, or one of the great marguritas. Seriously Charley...sexist??? Fast and friendly service from the male and female wait staff. El Loro has a cool and open atmosphere with some nice Mexican scenes ...

THSI PLACE IS DELICIOUS:) REASONABLE PRICES AND IN REPLY TO COREY THAT IS ALL THE AUTHENTIC MEAT I MEAN CERTANLY YOUR NOT EXPECTING CAVIAR OR LOBSTER FOR WHAT YOU ARE PAYING LOL ANYWAYS TRY FOR YOUR SELF AND BY THE WAY THERE ARE WOMEN WAITRESSES DUH!
