Famous Dave's is OK but it is a franchise. Isn't the whole point to BBQ to find something that is unique.

This place is unbelievable. Wow. Nightly blues music and great food. I was there on a Sunday night at 11 o'clock and it was still awesome. The music was great, but what blew me away was what was displayed on the wall. All around the place were signed guitars from Clapton, John Lee Hooker, B.B. King, and STEVIE RAY VAUGHAN. It was awesome.

this place is awesome! it has different scenery than the other famous daves.

Too much sauce

This place has music, ok food. And it's a rib shack, so it's allowed to eat with your hands and get messy. I happen to think getting messy is cute. Perfect blind date. Happy hour is also a very good time to go. They have reasonable drink deals for the Uptown area and it isn't as busy as some of the other happy hour establishments. The staff are friendlier if you go during a non-busy time.

Since the first time I was to Famous Dave's in 2003 I have enjoyed eating there over and over again. They have great food, great employees, and great entertainment. This will definetly be a restaurant I will want to return to over and over again some more:)

I went to their sunday brunch yesterday. Service was awesome. The brunch food was fabulous.
