Well one of our favorite things was the food in the restraunt. They have one of the best crab stuffed portabelo mushrooms I have ever had.
The staff was frendly well and spoken...they even had an american working in the kitchen that was able to answer all our questions about the menu.
The rooms where well cleaned evey day, and the front desk was able to assist us with all our needs.
Furthermore, the location of this place makes it ideal!

Just back from a 4 day trip stopping at this hotel.The real palacio was perfect, spotless, staff extremely friendly and helpful and generally all services were excellent.
