Just a quick note, I would like to send my best thanks to Duc Thai Hotel for organizing our wonderful Vietnam trip. It was an awesome experience and the Manager, and in particular, Tom Ngo, were brilliant. You have a genuine winner there. He couldn't do enough for us and I was deeply impressed with him. I write to share my wonderful stay – Duc thai Hotel during my short vacation to Hanoi . The accommodation and staffs were of a much better standard than we had expected, and this therefore made traveling with the children so easy and enjoyable. It was nice for the children to return after a day of cultural experiences to an "Oasis".
