I didnt think that this hotel was very good at all the rooms were dirty the maids were anoying and it is not value for money avoid this hotel!!!!!!

My hotel Winterpalce was overbooked and they sent me to the Sofitel Karnak
I don't understand all these positive comments for the Sofitel Karnak ! ( Are the comments written by the owner of the hotel ?? . A dirty room , food well below average and sorry even 3 stars would be exagerated
After the cruise I went for 2 days to the Movenpick Sofitel , also 5 stars but what a difference ....

Such a bad expierence never again !

Wonderful holiday i would go back next year, the staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. The rooms are clean and very spacious. Worth its 5* rating. Brilliant service, beautiful scenery! i love it so much

This is by far the besy hotel in Luxor. Located north of the town centre it has a peaceful ambience enhanced by its superb grounds. A huge swimming pool never feels crowded and there is plenty of space for sun worshiping. Food is excellent too, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. I will be back! If you are stayong in Luxor, and can afford it, don't even think of going anywhere else.

Simply the most relaxing stay ive ever had. Clean tidy hot weather really good food and wonderful, happy to help staff. A definate recommendation from myself

it is a new hotel with a very nice service and great site of nile also i enjoyed so much the swiming pools ,it is in very cool place ,surrounded by green places and alot of palm trees ,very nice food ,very exciting hostrical places to visit there

If you want an experience of pure luxury, then the Sofitel Karnak is the place to be.
