Just returned from Riu Palace Las Americas. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was very pretty and the food was above average. What I like about this place was it was a well designed hotel, the rooms are great, and you do not have to leave the hotel to have a good time.

There is not one thing u can say bad....The Hotel and its Staff where on their "A" game...if you gotta go... GO to the Riu Palace.

Was at the Rui Palace Las Americas in January 2006. It was excellent. The service, accomadations,staff, location was the finest. Planning to go back soon. Would never choose any other place in Cancun to stay.

food excellent, service was magnificent,very clean, could use a little more entertainment. beautiful scenery, we were served a mimosa before we even checked in. i gained alot of weight in the week i was there due to the smell of the awesome food wafting down to the poolside. my fiance was dissapointed that there was not a large beer selection but he quickly found a mixed drink that he was fond of.
