We stayed at RIU cancun two years in a row. Grate experianse the entertainment people are the best. Hiram Havier Alexndro. The food was excellent. I would highly recomend anyone to stay at Riu with no doubt.

I thought the food was terriable, however I am a very picks eater. The employees are really wonderful. Great poolside games. Not too keen on the alcohol

Have stayed at the Riu Cancun the last two times to Cancun, going back this May. Very clean, friendly entertainment staff (remembered us from previous year), wonderful wait staff, David the bartender is the best. Bed is kind of hard but not to bad. Pillows are the best. Ask for extra pillows to add support and make up for the hard bed. Food ...

We have traveled 2-3 times a year for the past 10 years and I have never seen a hotel with such amazing service.
The staff are outstanding, helpful and friendly. They all speak english and communicate with everyone very well.

I stayed here with my husband, and when our friends came to meet us to go to dinner (they stayed at a differnet hotel) they weren't even allowed to come in the door or go to our room! I know this place is all inclusive, but my friends weren't looking for free food, they were looking to come by and meet us so we could all go out to dinner. They treated my friends like criminals, I was so disapointed!

We went to Cancun for our honeymoon in July of 2007, and the Riu was fabulous. Everything was perfect, including the service. EVERYTHING!!!

This resort by far, was the best hotel we had ever stayed in. The food was great, they had something for everyone. This was a graduation present for my daughter and we had a blast!! Entertainment was great, drinks were to die for!!!
The only thing really negative was the beds are hard but that's really everywhere in the carribean. We are going back this spring! Can't wait!!!

This was our first time in Cancun and it was excellent, the hotel is beautiful, he had a Junior Suite with ocean view, the food, the drinks, the beach and the most important THE PEOPLE who works there were excellent.

Riu Cancun is a really good hotel and
I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!!
