We recently stayed and the Yakima Fairfield Inn and Suites and where amazed by there customer service,there impecably clean rooms, and the neat and tidy breakfast area.We had a few small problems as far as heating and lighting but there response time was great...thanks again andrew..we greatly recommend staying at the hotel.

If Marriott only knew, I am sure they would be embarrassed to be associated with this hotel based on their lousy customer service. But fortunately for the hotel, there aren't a lot of decent choices in Yakima.
