We recently stayed and the Yakima Fairfield Inn and Suites and where amazed by there customer service,there impecably clean rooms, and the neat and tidy breakfast area.We had a few small problems as far as heating and lighting but there response time was great...thanks again andrew..we greatly recommend staying at the hotel.

The staff was greatly helpful to all our needs, and there were many because we were in town for the funeral of a family member. If Marriott only knew, I am sure they would be embarrassed to be associated with this hotel based on their lousy customer service. But fortunately for the hotel, there aren't a lot of decent choices in Yakima.
