A Clean ExperienceIs a hotel with all necesary to fun. Nearly to Convention Center. Some importent to people to assist a SPI Bike Fest. The past year my wife and I We pass it incredible in this hotel. The beach is clean and amusing, we also take an incredible pictures with the gulls that there attend to accompany the visitors.

it was a real bad expertes1 we end up over charged for room 2 we had no a/c 3 it took them 4 days to get my money back whick sent my checking accont over drawn

I do not like the smell in the roomI could not stand the smell in the room and requested to change another room. The second room had the same bad smell.

I think it's the best hotel in the island cuz i been almost in all the hotels!!!I liked EVRY THING in the hotel!!! the rooms were really nice and the pool and the spa are nice i don't know what to say about the hotel because i like it and it's relly big "i was in the 4th floor and my room # was 431" i realy recomend the hotel to any one thats looking for one. and the good thing about it was that it was in front of the beach!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You did not find this review helpful.0 of 2 Yahoo! This hotel was pretty overall good to us!I loved the pool and hot tub. I loved how it had a balcony from the pool to the beach right there so that we didn't have to drive somewhere just to have a good time at the beach. I didn't like that the pull out bed from the couch had dirty sheets when one of my family members went to sleep in it. We WILL Be Back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This was our first visit to South Padre Island. Vacations for the past 25+ years we have visited many Tx. Coastal towns and have stayed at places with all sorts of ratings from the least to the best. NONE measure up to the La Quinta on South Padre Island. Great StayWe stayed at the La Quinta last summer - when it was fairly new. We were able to walk on to the beach and go straight to the pool. Ok but not that great for big groups!We had a large group with us for a cheerleading trip. We were in the pool having a good time and the hotel staff kept telling us to be quiet and that we were taking up too much of the pool!! Everyone in the pool was paying for a room there. Other than that the hotel accomadations were ok. The breakfast was great, the rooms were a little musty, but overall our stay was good.
