Feo, apestoso, desagradable! La atencion esta mal. No funcione nada, y la pasas cambiando de cuarto en cuarto. Evita Casa de la Condesa, mejor, quedate en el Holiday Inn (World Trade center - Insurgentes Sur) Esta mejor ubicado, mas economico, las cosas funcionen, huele bien, no juegan con la tarifa, etc. etc.

Casa de la Condesa is a wonderful place to stay if you visit Mexico City. It is not your tipical huge American hotel, it is a European style hotel. Boutique hotel. It is good if you want to relax in Mexico City, and take a stroll around the Condesa and Roma neigberhoods. I would recommend the hotel, absolutely. The internet connection is really good, wireless.

Overall, I must say I had a good time at Casa de la Condesa in Mexico City. The service was above average, the people are very kind with you. If you want to go chill in Mexico City it a great place to stay at and relax in this calm part of Mexico City. It very close to the Condesa bars where you will have a fabulous time. If you are a tourist that comes to Mexico this is your option since it is good and you can get it at an affordable price.

Casa de la Condesa is a great hotel if you are going to go to Mexico for business.
