I HAD RESERVATION TO STAY 07/31/09....UPON ARRIVAL THEY DID NOT HAVE MY 2BED NON-SMOKING ROOM! THEY DID PUT ME IN A SMOKING ROOM WHICH SMELLED LIKE AN ASHTRAY! THE MANAGER WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS AND THE STAFF THERE AT THE HOTEL WERE CLUELESS AND UN-PROFESSIONAL. DEFINITELY WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN, AND WILL NOT SEND ANY OF MY CLIENTS TO STAY THERE AS WELL.

I made a reservation and when I arrived at the hotel to check in they did not have my correct reservation date. They charged me 2 nights for a hotel room that I only stayed in one night. Location, location, location, close to Prien Lake Mall and all the restaurants, clean comfortable rooms, kids enjoyed swimming pool and friendly stuff helped us with all ours needs.

If you're not looking for bells & whistles, this hotel will suffice. Personally, I was a little uncomfortable there. I would recommend the Best Suites downtown to get more bang for your buck.
