Good service, excellent food!
This place is very big. Kinda got lost inside at my first day.
Loved the garden in the middle of the rooms.
Internet was kinda expensive though. :(

Overall, this hotel is pretty good, except for the staff. We had issues with them when we had pre paid for extra beds (via our tour company) and when we went for our checkout, the staff charged us for the beds!! They did not want to honor our tour company's payment and demanded that we pay (again). This is the most ridiculous this I have ...
I stayed at the Jaypee Palace during a side trip from business to visit the Taj Mahal. This is an architecturally beautiful hotel set on well maintained grounds. Nice pool and health spa. The room was well appointed and very pleasant, if a bit small. It is about a 10 minute ride to the drop off point to visit the Taj Mahal. I was there for pleasure, but the hotel appears able to handle large business meetings.
