What a fun placeI have a 3 year old girl and a 2 year old boy and we had a blast. Clear water, great snorkling, and best of all delicious food.
The bungalows are very clean, staff is friendly, and there is a lot of attraction near by (e.g. Tulum, Playa de Carmen).
I will definitely go back. I higly recommend this place.

Akumal on the BeachI have been to Hotel club Akumal four times and am on my way to visit for a fifth. I have stayed in Hotel and the Bungalows. The hotel is right on the beach; the bungalows are a few steps from the beach. Both are an incredible value.
