We celebrated our 42nd anniversary there. Evening meal and service was excellent; however; the daily breakfast included in the room rate left much to be desired. Coffee, etc along with danish, bagels and english muffins plus a 1 choice entree which was eggs and sausage both days. No bacon, fruit salad, or other choices were offered.

Went in mid-April. The rates are incredibly low. The service could not be better; professional, sweet staff in all areas. Room rates include use of spa soaking tub and sauna with all the accoutrements (salt rub, cucumber slices, robes, spa shoes,etc.). The breakfast is sumptous. Ask for a room on the second floor facing the monument, a great view. It has pool, wine tasting and yacuzzis free of use for guests

Beautiful place, beautiful people. Helpful, personable and spotless. We went on our first anniversary and it couldn't have been more perfect. We stopped in, without reservations and were greeted quickly, shown the only room still available, and booked it within minutes. When we go back, we will stay here - without a doubt!

We had very high hopes of this place but were a bit disappointed. Our room was gloomy even when it was brilliant sunshine outside and we needed lights on all the time.
