Went in mid-April. The rates are incredibly low. The service could not be better; professional, sweet staff in all areas. Room rates include use of spa soaking tub and sauna with all the accoutrements (salt rub, cucumber slices, robes, spa shoes,etc.). The breakfast is sumptous. Beautiful place, beautiful people. Helpful, personable and spotless. We went on our first anniversary and it couldn't have been more perfect. We stopped in, without reservations and were greeted quickly, shown the only room still available, and booked it within minutes. When we go back, we will stay here - without a doubt!

We made these reservations with high hopes but were very disappointed by the poor service attitudes of the staff. They are surly and impolite. Paper thin walls make your room very loud throughout the night. The food was a let down and the spa services were expensive and mediocre. Stay away!!

I stayed there in February when it was a bit slow. There was nothing to do over there in the winter. Aside from that their wasn't much for "normal" food to order from them.
Everything else: the room, the service, the staff, THE SPA, the food, etc were amazing. I am about to book my second stay in a 6 month period.
