We called based on the good reviews of this motel and indicated we needed a very clean and smoke free room. We did not need extras but those two were paramont. Reply was they had both. We arrived to a brooken office door, first room shown so smoky you couldn't breath, second offering had mold running down from the AC unit and the last offering ...

Its a really nice location, very reasonable prices and very courteous service. I always stay with them whenever I am in Niagra, they are very familiar with the area and knowledgeable about all the activites and shows to be enjoyed while you are there.

There wasn't anything abt it to be disliked so No reason therefor! but nothing is perfect so they must try to make their Services better and increase some facilities!

Great place to stay if you really want to enjoy the FALLS, very clean newly renovated rooms with fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and courteous. I will definitely stay there again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The location is great its not too far from buffalo airport. The rooms were clean and reasonable in size. It was very affordable, and the check in clerk was very friendly and helpful. Will definately go back!

I really enjoyed to stay there, the service was excellenet, room was cleaned. It feels like home. I enjoyed the broadband wireless internet, which was availabe free of charge.
