had great and speedy service.. was very very clean, the gym pool was excellent, and the breakfast room had great views for people watching...not pretentious at all

I only stayed at this hotel 1 night, but it was absolutely breath-taking. The lobby was stunning, as were the rooms. The rooms were beautiful, but, more importantly, the bed was very comfortable. I stayed there while on a trip to many cities in Asia, and this was the best hotel of the entire trip. Highly recommended!

Our family of four, 2 adults and 2 children under 10 stayed here 2 nights. The lobby/reception area was very well organized and help was always readily available. Nice Hotel. Great Value. Clean rooms, gym and pool area. The breakfast is western and local. Wine list in resteraunt needs improvement.

The hotel had a very helpful staff, and was very clean. Restaurants were expensive. The hotel was not located near many restaurants. The area around the hotel was mostly residential.

The hotel is brand new and wonderfully clean in a dirty city. The staff was great and very friendly. The location is very near a subway stop and the new train to the airport, as well as the financial district. The restaurant is overpriced, but there is a small convience store across the street where cheap snacks and drinks, both American and Chinese, can be purchased.
