In Good Hands

This is the best place ever and the people that work there are the best. Everything is close by.
The front desk agents were all helpful even though we started all the wrong way but they made it to me in a good way and respect way.
I would recoomend this place to everyone.

Nice hotel, really close to Reliant Stadium for football games. I was even allowed to park my car in their lot after i checked out to go watch the Texans game.

maids that steal

holiday inn express 1330 n sam houston 77032. maid was caught with hand on 20 dollar bill . the purse was zipped. upon returning from car loading up to check out. maid had the nerve to call someone a bad person when she was caught with hand in purse she claims she was looking for i.d. guess my pic was on 20 dollar bill . complained to management ...
