These people ripped me off for $350.00 on my credit card after My stay there. There was no damage to the room, no missing items, no nothing, and noone can tell me what the addditional $350 charge was for. Consumre beware. I have been a Priority Club Member for 3 years, never once had an issue. But this management at this location is crooked.
Nice hotel, dishonest management. We had prepaid internet reservations and needed to change our itinerary. Holiday Inn and the hotel management agreed to let us make the change and refund our payment. When we got home we found a charge from the hotel for the old reservation. Friendly peoplet attending front desk, helped me with directions in regards Houston attractions. Great deal for what you pay, very clean rooms, good facilities. I felt safe in the area around the hotel. Good breakfast. I will go back with my family.
