room was dirty with hair on the bathroom floor and in the bed sheets ask if they would change sheets came back to room 3 hours later manager said they cleaned the room for us sheets and floor in bathroom was still dirty with hair. trash can in lobby had bugs and ants crawling all over it.

for the money this is the best place in town. the rooms are clean, quiet and nice. we are planning to go back next year and will stay here again.

My wife and I like the location because all of the restaurants are in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is new and fully furnished. We really enjoyed the staff, continental breakfast and deals. The only dislike was that the cable tv only got 10 channels. You get a lot for your money.

We were pleased to find this Microtel near the Harrahs casino in Cherokee. Unlike some in the area, this Inn is a great deal and only a half mile from Harrahs.

They have a good breakfast and a pool, which we plan to use this summer when we return for the trout fishing festival. The staff also hooked us up with discount tickets to the Biltmore house!
