I had staied there for 5 months and the staff's attitude is very good and their smile is impressive. The place I like to go for dinner the most is the Chinese dragon inn. It is quiet and taste the jasmine tea and soft music there. It is wonderful. but one inconvenience thing is that it is very far away from the city center.

Nice hotel. Have stayed in almost all the 4stars and 5stars hotel in Batam, i've no doubt that Holiday Inn is the best so far. Tranquil, peaceful, relaxing. Nice place for a short getaway. just came back today. was really impressed by the staffs attitude. they are so helpful, prompt and cheerful. most importantly, they are yes people. the environment is great for a short breakaway . great place for the whole entire family.. especially if you have little ones =) going back again!!
