This is in prime location of bangalore walkable distance to M.G.Road. Great service and amazing staff. Well maintained. This is little pricey but great for a business traveler.
Excellent value for money particularly given the great city center location. Charges in Indian Rupees only, no dollar rates. Breakfast and bed tea/coffee are included in the tariff.
Outstanding service and responsiveness to guest needs. The staff and the duty managers truly focus on giving you the best experience.
Booked rooms for November 30 arrival. Staff made reservation for September 30. Was charged entire amount althought I verified on the phone that this was changed to November. Could not get written confirmation as staff said they had made change but were having fax issues. I am having to dispute this charge and manager was not willing to work with me on this issue

I just had three days at St Marks (Feb 2006). While it is not the worst hotel I've stayed in, I have stayed in better.
The biggest disadvantage - for the business traveller wanting to maintain an exercise program - is the small (very small) gym and lack of a pool.

St. Mark's is very centrally located with easy access to all of Bangalore. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very courteous and the breakfast was very sumptuous and of excellent quality.
Friendly and professional staff, great location, clean, wonderful food, and reasonably priced. Helpful staff, a nice little bar and fantastic brunch. The onlky thing I did not like was the carpet in the room. I hope they will have some rooms without carpets.

Although confirming the reservation the morning of our arrival, the hotel lied about sending us a cancellation and gave our room to higher paying customers that arrived before us. Then they did little to help us solve the problem. I wouldn't consider staying there in the future!

Hotel for business people in the middle of a very busy town. Service is at the heart of everything they do in this hotel. Very reasonable pricing.
Comfortable, clean room, bottle of mineral water every day. TV with around 90 channels, also western.
Restaurant with Indian and Western dishes.
Perfect wireless Internet at a very reasonable price.
