How did they do it??!! This restaurant managed to serve 150 people in very tight quarters with an absolutely perfect Caesar salad, an entree of precisely cooked halibut sauced with a mild salsa and baked asparagus, finishing with a tasty dessert of bread pudding. Getting the halibut cooked right is almost impossible; usually, it overcooked and dried out. But, they did it. Thanks so much for making this a memorable banquet meal!!
