very unorganized, could not answer important questions. they are dishonest and do not care when you contact them about a bad situation. I even had to move my husband to another hotel before his stay was over. would not reccomend to anyone pay the little extra for a better motel. In the end it cost us several hundred dollars more for their dishonesty.

Very disappointed with this place. We found bedbugs in our bed. We were told at there was wireless internet. When talking with front desk they stated they did not know how to access it. Would not recommend this place.

The hotel was very kid friendly, was clean and had a pool.

It was easily within commuting distance of Downtown Seattle and being next to the freeway was within access of everything.
